Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have read your summary on blood pressure. I have notice over the past 3 years blood pressure range from 118-136. Soon after starting align it went to 140 and 2 month later 146 and then to 156 today. My doctor says he saw no reason to suspect ALIGN
Your blood pressure readings are constantly and gradually going up. Hence, you should be adequately treated for this. Changing your life style by taking healthy diet, adequate exercise, proper sleep and avoiding stress may help you.
Still, you may have to take medicine for controlling your BP under guidance of your doctor. Proper investigations for finding the cause like kidney functions, lipid profiles, electrolyte levels may help you in treatment of your high BP.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
