Hi,

Your blood pressure readings are constantly and gradually going up. Hence, you should be adequately treated for this. Changing your life style by taking healthy diet, adequate exercise, proper sleep and avoiding stress may help you.

Still, you may have to take medicine for controlling your BP under guidance of your doctor. Proper investigations for finding the cause like kidney functions, lipid profiles, electrolyte levels may help you in treatment of your high BP.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
