What Causes Flatulence Along With Bowel Incontinence?
Hello I have a question. My father recently said that when he passes gas he messes his pants he can t control it . He wakes up in the morning and he soiled himself. I dont know how long it s been going on. He just recently told my mom. He s in is late 60s. What would this indicate? Appreciate your help.

The only one thing that you should check is his fasting blood sugar. The Gastrointestinal system has nerve plexi that in old age can't control bowel and bladder movements. This is more pronounced as a neuropathy in Diabetics.
You can try giving is husk of Isabgol or Fibril so that bulk of stool is increased and he senses when he's to go to the toilet.
