Hi, i ve been having pain in my left flank area for months.. after having bloods and scans nothing has been diagnosed.. I have now developed a pain under my left rib and into my back, a sour metallic type taste in my mouth also, and dizziness, and nausea.. What could this be please
It can be possibly due to some other causes like urinary tract infection.
For that you need urine complete examination to rule out urinary tract infections. It can be renal stone but you already have scan and nothing found.
As you are saying, your pain now radiate to back with dizziness and nausea. Here there is a slight possibility of pancreatitis but not sure until you go for serum lipase test and secondly it can be cholecystitis but you need proper examination for that if you have chronic pain.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
