Hi, Fibroid are usually benign (non-malignant) lumps in the uterus. They need not be treated unless you have symptoms like urinary problems/bleeding problems. They usually become smaller after menopause. Therefore your age is very very important to comment any further. Abnormal pap smear doesn t always mean anything notorious. Infact Pap is only a screening method and not diagnostic. So a person with abnormal PAP can still have nothing at all. So to actually see if there is any thing abnormal they will do the next step colposcopy where your cervix (mouth of uterus) will be directly visualised by doctor under microscope. If they find anything abnormal they will do a small punch biospy and then decide on further management. SO do not be anxious.
