General & Family Physician 's  Response
An abdominal ultrasound would be helpful in this case. Probable diagnosis are Stones in urinary tract, bladder infection and stone, infection anywhere in the urinary tract and a rare possibility of tumor of urinary bladder or kidney.
Ultrasound should help in reaching a diagnosis. Also visit a Urologist for further management.
