Hello,
It looks like you have a
chicken allergy or occupational dermatosis (irritant/
allergic contact dermatitis). It can be due to candida infection.
In my opinion, you should visit ER, get physically examined for the allergy rashes. Your treating doctor may ask you to get your patch test & blood tests, allergy blood tests are done. Get assessed & treated at the earliest.
In the meantime, take non-sedating antihistamines (
Levocetirizine, once daily for 5 days). If the attack is severe your treating doctor may give you epinephrine injections.
Take antidiarrheals (loperamide,
bismuth subsalicylate). Analgesics,
acetaminophen (tylenol) for fever. Take plenty of water, ORS, soups & juices. You are dehydrated. You may need intravenous fluid support.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
