What Causes Fever, Chills With Mucus Filled Bowels?

I have fever, chills, body aches, and just noticed a raised, colorless welt on my thigh that is itching (do not know if it s related). Also, perhaps unrelated, but beginning concurrently with other symptoms, each time I urinate, I m passing small globs of colorless or white mucus from my rectum. I have had only one small bowel movement in last 24 hours, and it was loose and contained mucus also. I m concerned I may have contracted West Nile virus, but mainly want to know what my symptoms indicate is wrong.

HI
Well come to HCM
This would be nonspecific symptoms, if the body temperature raises beyond the 99 F then this can be manage with Tab Acetaminophen, if it is really febrile condition then this could be viral infection, else this is just nothing to worry, such nonspecific symptoms some time so common but this improves on its own, high grade fever would be matter of concern, take care.
