General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The renal cyst should be assessed after repeat scan after 3 months.
Simple and NPN growing cysts are to be ignored.
And you should undergo urine test at midstream early morning sample.
If infection in urine then take antibiotic according to the antibiotic sensitivity report.
Increase fluid intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
