What Causes Fever , Body Pain , Sore Throat And Joint Pain?

I think I had an allergic reaction to something...possibly some tea I was drinking. My symptoms are flu light: mild fever, body aches, joint pain, sore throat, blisters on extremities, and pain on fingertips. Do these symptoms resemble some other issue? I m not feeling horrible but just strange. Thank you!
