What Causes Fever Along With Headaches And Body Ache?

Hello, had a fever, headache and body aches on Monday . Tuesday I had congestion and headache. Wednesday mostly congestion and eyes start to redden. Thursday congestion. Friday Congestion. Today my eyes are bloodshot red and lost of voice, cough and congestion. What do I have? Should I go to urgent care?
