What Causes Body Ache?

sometimes I ache all over, no fever, feel a little tired. Taking asprin or ibuprophen helps symptoms. Then I feel fine. I have had a couple of restless nights do to these aches. Seem to start for no reason. I am a very active person, always on the go, don t sit around the house all day. What could this be from. Thanks, Donna

Lethargy can be a symptom of a disease. But till the full symptoms nobody can comment. There are some chronic diseases which can present with lethargy. Get baseline routine examination done like complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test, blood sugar random and urine routine examination
