What Causes Fever Along With Body Ache, Chills And Nausea?

I have had a temp over the last 4 days, starting at about 101.5, went down to 100.8, 100.4, the 2nd day...been at 99.6, 99.8 the past 2 days...went down to 98.8 yesterday and rose again...to 99.6 right now. Other syptoms included aches in joints, body, headache, lack pf appetitie, chills first day, some naseau...Today, I developed a red, bumpy rash all over my legs, arms, underarms, torso, back, neck... should I go to see my doctor? What is wrong with me...I have a sore throat....however, it is subtle...rash is most predominant today...
