Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of something get struck in throat while you can eat and breath comfotably. By your above symptoms it appears as you are having GERD. This is an gastro esophageal reflex disease and is basically due to acidity.

My suggesstion is to take-

1- Antacid with PPI.

2- Avoid spicy food.

3- Avoid smoking.

4- Drink adequate fluid.

5- take proper rest.

Probably above will solve your problem otherwise you have to consult gastrologist for endoscopic examination to find out the fact.

Regards.
