What Causes Feeling Of Pins And Needles?

i am having a pins and needle type feeling in my neck.starts at the base and goes to the base of my skull,this happens when walking and when turning my head either side to side or up and down>im not having any pain just this annoying feeling, and an occasional head ache

Ok dear this condition usually happen when patients have neuropathy are you had any trauma in neck region or have diabetes etc if you continue with this then you should have MRI cervical
