General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.
I strongly recommend you see your physician right away.
your symptoms point to possible muscle weakness.
Reduced blood circulation to the nerves that supply your muscles or
reduced blood supply to the areas of your brain that control muscles of you chest and sensation of your face could cause this and needs to be treated ASAP.
If you are over 40, have diabetes/ hypertension/ high cholesterol or have a first degree family member with these, you are at a higher risk .
anxiety attacks cause a different range of symptoms. allergies are associated with sneezing, and rhinitis and sometimes difficulty catching your breath.
hope this helps
wish you feel better soon
