What Causes Feeling Of Having Lump In Throat?

hello, I have this sensation of a lump or something stuck in my throat. It is driving me insane because I keep clearing my throat , coughing , or swallowing hoping it would come up or go down. I also have a funky film coat on my gums , teeth , tongue , and cheeks that is making me want to throw up. I can feel swollen lymph nodes in my neck . I have lost my appetite because everything tastes aweful....I am always spitting mucus....... I also have had a great amount of nausea and some vomitting with this. Help me please I am losing my mind with this lump.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

You didn't mention your age or sex. Possible causes for this may be due to oro-esophageal candididasis, upper respiratory tract infections, viral fever or any other infectious pathogens. Some times in cases of severe immune deficiency this problem may rise. its to be tested and further evaluated from your general physician as soon as possible. In the mean time temporary relief may be achieved by gargling lukewarm salt water as often as possible,use Rexidine mouth wash 3 times to rinse. Apply Clotrimazole gum paint to your mouth and gums 4 times daily for 7 days, it will give you relief.
