Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need not resume any medication. You require counselling. Try to get an appointment with a psychiatrist. You should indulge in social activities and practice meditation. Make good friends and spend time with family. Play around with children. Find your purpose in life.

Try to achieve something in your professional life. Don't give up. It's not medication that you need, it is belief in self to do well in life. Many famous people like Jim Carrey have been through the phase you are going through. Someday even you will reach such heights. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shivakumar
