What Causes Fecal Traces In Belly Button After Cholecystectomy?

I had a lap chole op 5weeks ago. I had an infection after 10 days which was treated with a course of antibiotics. I have been a bit up and down. Sometines not having to take painkillers and some days having to take co codamol for the pain. A swab was taken from my belly button and the results say there are fecal traces. Why is this?

Thank for asking to HCM, looking to the history given here this could be surgical condition, finding is suggestive of perforation of intestine may be descending, and this need immediate ultrasonography test, till then this can be treated with conservative management, and this includes, "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, this is condition apply, if the swab really found fecal material, hope this information helps.
