What Causes Fecal Incontinence After Having Meals?

I eat food like curry and some other food. Immediately I feel like passing stool and difficult to hold. I run towards the toilet and it comes out before I sit on the toilet seat. But it happens when different combination of food I have. Small quantity does not create much of a problem. What should I do? Food or exercise. Hope nothing serious.

Eating a lot of insoluble fiber as grains can increase your trips to the bathroom. Concentrate on soluble fiber. This includes vegetables and natural products.
Start taking a probiotic twice daily,Probiotics contains lactobacillus. These bacteria's help in proper digestion of food and will help to revive your depleted gastric flora.
Drink plenty of fluids
