What Causes Fecal Impaction After Posterior Rectocele Repair?
hello I had posterior rectocele repair but still having problems with my stool being stuck in my rectum i actually have to dig my stool out. because i have no muscle to push i had been doing enemas everyday for 8 years and now i finally quit about two months ago. wondering if i need bio feedback and have i had a prolapse? this is really stressful

This stool impaction demonstrate that you really have either poor colon motion or severe muscle contraction at the rectum that does not allow stool to pass. Either ways, you may try physiotherapy sessions on this area. It helps a lot with laxatives like lactulose syrup.
