What Causes Fatigue When Diagnosed With Bladder Cancer?

hi, I am getting BCG intravesicular tx for bladder cancer. I have mod-severe fatigue, which I understand is a side effect, but also, feel very shaky, trembly inside; sometimes, even have a fine intention tremor, and drop things. Is this part of the fatigue, or do I have something else as well? I had a 6.2 HA1C a month ago, and wonder if it could be hypoglycemia r/t pre-diabetes.

yes it can be a systemic side effect of BCG but most of the effects of BCG treatment are immunological with local effects. HBA1C6.2 means your diabetes is well controlled. nothing to worry
