The symptoms what you are experiencing are little vague to come to a conclusion as to what the underlying cause could be. One possibility could be that you could have conceived as there was accidental breaking of condom. In any case, kindly wait for your periods to happen. If it happens in time, then your symptoms should subside along with it. In case your periods are delayed by a week, you need to take urine pregnancy test followed by trans-vaginal ultrasound scan to know the status of pregnancy.
