I m only 18. I m an athlete and I m going to college to play sports. Anyways, lately I ve been feeling very fatigued and my joints (my arms and behind my knees) have been aching and soar. I ve done little exercise in the past two weeks and I have no idea what s it s from. I ve also noticed I have a slight shortness of breath. I do suffer from minor anxiety; I focus on my breathing and sometimes it seems like a can t breath, even though I can.... So anyways, what are some possible reasons for the way I ve been feeling lately. Thank you.
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query in my opinion its possible reseans can be weakness of muscles and bones, vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism , anxiety and any infection specially lung infection. Sometimes vitamin D deficiency can cause this so serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required. Avoid long continuous standing.Sit in a straight posture.Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.Whether you have fever? Fever indicate infection. I think your query answered.
