Hello,

I think your diagnosis is very clear:
- altogether: anemia, diabetes, heart murmur (I think you might have arrhythmia problems) they are causing you to be very tired and not to function well.

The solution is also clear:
- once you stabilize your blood sugar levels, bring the iron or hemoglobin or vitamin b12 back to normal again; you will start feeling better.
- plus should check what the cause for this heart murmur is and how to treat it: whether you need medications only or any surgical intervention.

If you have started to take any blood thinning medication, then, this might be the cause for any loss of blood you might be facing.

Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
