What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?

Hi I am 72 years old. I have hypothyroidism, my prostate was enlarged and am now on medication. My tsh level was normal. I am having problems of fatigue and sleepness. I spend lots of time in bed during the day and still sleep at night. Whats wrong with me? please

since our body required certain amount of thyroid hormone for energy production.. but in hypothyroidism... low thyroid hormone is available in body.. so feeling lethargic,fatique is common.. so u can take multivitamins,antioxidants,omega3fatty acids supplements
