What Causes Fatigue And Depression While Suffering From PPMS?
I have been diagnosed with ppms.Its been at least ten years.My symptoms have worsened.Besides fatigue,depression,brain lesions etc I cannot walk very far.I am clumsy,fall down and drag my left leg.I also have all sorts of bladder issues.I feel homebound and do not go out very often.What can I expect next?

There are newer treatments for multiple types of sclerosis, like Fingolimod, Mitoxantrone, and Natalizumab, Interferon alpha-1. Only after consulting a neurologist you might get some relief. For acute symptoms, Methylprednisolone is the drug of choice.
