Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tick bite may transfer Lyme's disease or rockey mountain spotted fever or tularemia or ehrlichiosis or Colorado tick fever or babesiosis etc. But in your condition I think you may be suffering from Acute upper respiratory tract infection with generalized weakness. You have to take tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Drink plenty of liquids, take rest. If Symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
