What Causes Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

I have been very tired and no appetite and trying to figure out what might be my cause. I am taking 10 mg. of Donepezil HCL. This is the only newer drug I have been introduced to. Wondering why I have bhe blas, etc, I am thinking perhaps this drug could be my cause. What might be your response.?

Fatigue, malaise with appetite loss is the most common symptoms of Donepezil.

Please consult your treating doctor he will make adjustments of present drug or treat with alternative medicine.
