General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your work up done as follow...
_Auscultation first
_CBC
_chest x ray
_EKG
_spirometry (if chest x ray and Auscultation suggest toward bronchitits) to assess severity of involvement and to decide further management

If needed for bronchoconstriction, some form of bronchodilator inhaler can be prescribed

Decongestant antihistaminic drug will be beneficial

If x ray shows consolidation sputum examination needed

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and discuss all these
