General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If the ANA level is high, I suggest you start corticosteroid. Generally, prednisolone is given.
For nausea, antiemetic, ondansetron can be taken.

I also suggest whole abdomen USG
You can also take NSAID if your stomach pains too much.

Take no alcohol, oily foods, etc

USG report is vital. Also, you should post another question with
1. USG report
2. more symptoms you face
3. any rash, fever you have or not?
4. which side stomach pains?
5. complete blood test

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
