What Causes Fatigue Along With Fever And Shivering?

Hi, My partner has been unwell for the past 3 months and has seen several doctors which can not tell what he actually has. His main symtoms are fatigue, fever and shivering once or twice a week and cough (when he coughs, he brings up a bit of fluid). He also sometimes has a lot of saliver build up in his mouth (excessive). He has had more several blood tests done, chest and lung scan. The doctors said they re clear and that he s health is above average. He s a 42 year old male, a personal trainer and is very fit and healthy. He follows a good diet, is a non smoker, doesn t drink. He s very frustrated and doesn t know what else to do. He needs to see a specialist, but doctors don t know which specialist to send him to. Could you please assist? Thank You - Joanna
