As per your query you have fatigue along with excessive thirst. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like low blood sugar or iron , hormonal imbalance , sleeping apnea , anxiety and stress. I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , check vitals or may also order sleep study . Doctor may prescribe iron supplement , recommend CPAP machine after sleep study or may refer you to endocrinologist to rule out condition like diabetes. For now keep yourself hydrate , stress free , eat healthy diet like fruits and vegetables and do light exercises like brisk walk and yoga daily .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
