What Causes Fatigue After Doing Small Jobs?

For a few weeks now my heartbeat has felt odd and simple things like going up the stairs wear me out. My heart rate during these periods is around 90, but it feels like it´s beating harder. I´m well hydrated and don´t drink a lot of caffeine. What could be causing this?

Avoid excess caffeine. That is the culprit. Drink plenty of water as caffeine causes dehydration. Eat healthy. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
