Hi,

You hear pounding heart beats in your ears because of high blood pressure and fast heart rate. You should undergo some examinations, such as tests for thyroid, kidney to find out the reason for your high blood pressure. Meanwhile you should receive treatment because such blood pressure is harmful for your organism.

Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Dr. Lilit Baghdasaryan
