What Causes Fainting Spells, Dizziness, Pain And Ringing In Ears?

I passed out while sitting at then table. I evidently fell and hit my head. My dog tried to help me and brought help. I was put in bed but don't remember anything that transpired. When I briefly woke up I couldn't move my legs. I fell drowsy and fell asleep again only to deal with headaches andnthis morning I had a piercing type of pain above my left ear. Constant ringing and fell cissy often.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
This is a serious matter.
The history of unconsciousness, headache, ringing and ache above left ear is suggestive of nervous system problem.
You have to get Admitted and urgent investigations to be done as follows:
MRI of the brain, mastoids and cervical spine.
Spinal fluid tap or analysis if MRI is not conclusive.
This is suggestive of a Brain Tumor on the left side.
The treatment will depend upon the investigations.
