Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the most common cause for this can be dehydration, anemia or nutritional deficiencies in teenager. As her cardiac work up is normal do stay free from cardiac health and get some another evaluations done to find out the cause. Kindly get the following tests done :

1. CBC
2.Vitamin B 12
3. Thyroid Profile

Consult with reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
