What Causes Extremely Painful Headaches Along With Neck And Back Pain?

I have been having extremely painful headaches almost daily, along with neck and back pain. In addition to this pain I have been experiencing upper abdominal pain under my ribs that radiates to my shoulder blades. I have been diagnosed with GERD and gastritis already and I had my Gallbladder removed in December 2014. My pain has not improved and I often vomit and feel nauseous. This is every day almost. What could be the problem?
