What Causes Extreme Soreness In Left Breast?

Hello, I keep having the let down feeling in my breasts and my left has been extremely sore for over a month. My kids are now 3 and 5 so no breastfeeding and very little chance of pregnancy? Ablation (sp?) and husband had a vasectomy. Any thoughts? Such a weird feeling to have a work with a client sitting in front of me. Also - only 33 and healthy. Thanks

Dear Madme,
There is no other reason than irritating the breasts either by suckling or by constantly pressing and irritating them. Other reason could be due to a bnign lesions in the breast called breast mouse or medically called fibroadenosis. In this condition the pain is aggravated during menstruation. so you need to get check up for this condition
