What Causes Extreme Pain In The Joints While On Treatment For Pulmonary TB?
So currently I am on my third month of extra pulmonary TB treatment and on RCinex -600 + Combutol -1000 , Flovaxin -750 + lots of multivitamins. Previous month I was on PZA also which had increased my Uric acid but that has normalized now. I currently have joint pains everywhere - hands, knees, shoulders ....etc. is that normal and what should I do ? Will this be there for the rest of the treatment. Should I worry about long term damage to the joints ?

It could be a reactive arthritis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
