What Causes Extreme Pain In The Joints Of Groin, Buttocks And Back Of Legs?
I am experiencingVery severe Pain in my groin joints and from the bottom of my rear end completely down the back of both legs including my ankles . This started 4 days ago, and I am using Tramadol . extra strengh excederine , Tizanidine, and heat to try and control it. What do you think it could be causing this?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
