What Causes Extreme Numbness On The Hands?
My hands feel numb most of the day. They are numb and hurt at night when in bed trying to sleep the only relief is to hang arms off side the edge of bed. My fingertips are mostly numb all day at work. Hanging them off the edge seems to temp relief. i need help. I dont want scripts.

You have problem of numbness in fingure that mostly because of vitamin B12 deficiency.
Check your vitamins b12 level.
If its is be cause of b12 deficiency than you have to take b12supplements under doctor's suggestion.
Nerve compression or injury may cause numbness of fingers.MRI is helpful for diagnose.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
