What Causes Extreme Fatigue Post Exercise?
right after exercising like swimming - I have at times what I call sinking spells. Where I need to sit down and rest. Feel completely drained. No pain in chest or not breathing hard. I have a slight heart murmur - had it checked out and said to not worry about it. Age 66 - female This goes on approximately four to five times a year.
