What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Urinary Incontinence In An Elderly Obese Lady?
HI , I m concerned about my mother she is 75 years old and overweight , walks slowly with a Cane gets tired just from walking one block . She is not taking care of herself in the bathroom completely . She leaks sometimes and doesn t thoroughly clean herself . She was just put on respetole .

First of all, I think she needs to keep a hypocaloric diet and walk more in order to lose weight. Then as per about incontinence, she can do a urine analysis to check for infection.
Then if it results positive antibiotics are needed. If it is negative a gynaecological examination is needed or even a urologist consultation.
