What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Swelling In The Knees?

I am very tired and have been for a couple of days now. It started on Christmas day and it progressed to the point that I thought I wasn t going to make it. I am not an idle person, so this isn t normal for me even though I am 68. I still work a full-time job and put in many 60 hour weeks. I am also hardly urinating despite drinking water all day. Yesterday afternoon I tried some green tea and had better results, but now back to not needing to go to the bathroom. My knees are swollen, especially the right one. Usually if I have over-exerted my knee it will be swollen for a couple of days and then will drain and be ok. It isn t draining this time. The doctor has told me that I have arthritis. I am not sure what I can do other than go to the doctor to start to feel better. I have the granddaughters for the next 3 days, so sitting isn t going to be an option.
