What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Muscle Weakness?

I m a 53 year old woman. I woke up on Tuesday with extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. I also experienced some itching and sleeplessness due to menopause. Not sure if they re all related. I don t have any other cold or flu-like symptoms. I do have fibromyalgia but it s been managed.

thanks for posting your query to hcm .these are the common symptoms of many illness so can be diagnosed on clinical ground . we require a proper history , systemic and local examination and some investigation ion for making a diagnosis . however you can take some pain relieving medicine like aceclophenac or diclophenac . consult a medicine physician for managment .
