What Causes Extra Cell Growth On The Incision Site Of Melanoma Removal?

i had a nickel size malignant melanoma on my left breast removed last June. I also had 5 lymph nodes removed. There was no cancer in the lymph system thank god. Since then I had something grow back in my scar area, which was again removed. The path report from that last surgery came back the cells were not normal but not cancer. ..they said I m in a watch and wait mode. A few days ago my left nipple felt like it was not there at all, i know that sounds crazy but it was flat and kinda crusty...I don t want to jump to conclusions but is it out of line to call and ask if I can get a punch biopsy to see what is going on under the skin?

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the inflammatory process such appearance of the nipple is very likely and here possibility of metastasis need to be ruled out, condition demands extreme care, need some investigation to reach up to the right diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
