What Causes Excruciating Pain While Passing Stool?

Hi, For the past five days I have been experiencing excruciating pain whilst passing stool.I have noticed some blood on the tissue once.I recently am suffering from piles.I am drinking lots of water about 3 litres per day and was given Epsom Salts at the pharmacy

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age ? For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension?
based upon ur history it is probable that you are suffering from anal fissure. You need to meet ur Surgeon so that appropriate treatment can be initiated in time..
If i am ur attending doctor , i will advice you stool softner like Lactulose . you can also add ISPAGHOL HUSK in your diet too, You should also use GTN .5% ointment . it has to be used in ur anus four times a day. Along with it u may also require pain killers too.
continue with this treatment, if this fails then there is need for surgical intervention
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
