Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have for the past 6 months had painful feet, feels like my arches.excrutiating. If I have sat down with my shoes off ,it s painful to walk I almost hobble . I have now noticed a reddish brown lumpy bump which looks slightly like a blood blister but it isn t,on my right inside foot at the heel.
There can be two causes of such pain. One is planter fasciitis other it blister formation. I would suggest you to show it to orthopedic doctor. Also get hot water fomentation. If there is no relief than a steroid injection can also be tried.
