What Causes Excessive Weight Loss And Rumbling Noise In The Stomach?

I have lost a lot of weight since November, almost 30 lbs. Have had abdominal and pelvic area cat scans that were unremarkable. My stomach has become very noisy, test for Giardia was negative, but have not had a solid stool for awhile. What others parasites are there that I should test for? I did have one positive lab for undigested fat in my stool followed by a normal one between March and May. And... my stomach is constantly making rumbling, and meowing noises. Also have totally lost my high tolerance for spicy. Could you please advise me about what else I should test for?

Thanks for asking.
Loss of weight seen in yourself seem to be due to altered digestion...which results in excessive gas production &the typical rumbling noise from stomach.
It can be due to anything from-bactrial infection,parasytic infestation,food allergies (lactose or gluten intillerance ),to digestive enzyme deficiency-like pancreatc hormone which causes indigestion of fats in food.
You have to go through multiple relevant tests (as advisedby a gastroenterologist)to point out the cause....bacause cause specific treatment is fruitful.
