What Causes Excessive Weight Gain After A Hernia Surgery?
ive experienced a lot of weight gain since having naval hernia surgery. I was going to crossfit before the surgery was about 210 lbs. all of my weight gain is around my mid section. my legs are the same. still wearing my size 36 levis. have been weary to go back to extreme exercise..its been about 15 months since surgery.
